Building a movement where sport becomes a force for change

My Vision
I believe the true power of sport lies far beyond competition. It lives in its ability to educate, unite, and empower. It teaches resilience, respect, and belonging — lessons that shape stronger individuals and, in turn, stronger communities.
My vision is to rebuild the soul of Indian sport and create a future where every child, no matter where they are born, has access to a field, a mentor, and a dream. I see a generation of young athletes rising not from privilege, but from possibility.
A generation that learns teamwork before trophies, courage before comfort, and purpose before praise.
Sport, for me, is not just about medals or moments. It is about creating ecosystems of equality, opportunity, and dignity, where play becomes a pathway to progress.
My Impact
For over a decade, my journey through sport has taken me across Dubai, Malaysia, London, and India, working on some of the world’s greatest stages including three World Cups and three Olympic Games, before returning home to build the foundation of change at the grassroots.
I have led over 40 on-ground initiatives across 8 Indian states, empowering more than 1,200 young athletes through hockey clinics, community engagement programs, and educational partnerships.
Through my social venture, I focus on creating grassroots systems that empower local coaches, enhance player visibility, and connect data with human stories. Every clinic, every program, and every story shared adds to a growing network of inspired young players who are beginning to believe that they belong on the field and in the future of Indian sport.
The Change I’m Working Toward
- Accessibility: Every child deserves the right to play, learn, and grow through sport.
- Empowerment: Every athlete should have the tools, mentorship, and visibility to reach their full potential.
- Community: Every village field can become a hub of pride, progress, and participation.
- Sustainability: Every initiative must outlast its creator and empower those who come next.
My Commitment
This is not just a project. It is a promise to build something that lasts longer than a tournament, louder than a trophy, and deeper than a title. My work is dedicated to every young dreamer who believes that their story, too, deserves to be told.
